Puffin Patrol. The puffin is one of our nation's favourite birds and Bempton is one of those rare places where you can observe them from the cliff top paths. A guide will take you to locations where you can watch and marvel at these wonderful creatures in their spring and summer home. There will of course be plenty of other birds to see and the scenery is spectacular. For the evening events the visitor centre will be open late for refreshments and shopping. Puffin Patrols are a free event but please call to book in advance. Bird bingo and explorer backpacks containing binoculars, bird books and bug viewers will be available for young people to borrow free of charge.
