The Walk

  • The Headland Way officially starts at the Priory Church of St Mary in Bridlington, but it can start from other points along the route (see the map for car parks around the headland).
  • The route follows streets and paths to the cliff top towards Sewerby.  From here on navigation couldn't be simpler - just keep the sea on your right until you reach Filey.
  • Between Speeton and Filey you can walk along the beach if the tide is out, but please check tide times before setting out (see the links section).
